No, Boedy has not completely graduated from preschool already, but he did graduate from his first year of the Joy School preschool program. Here are some pics of the graduation program. All of us adults were walking the line the whole time between scolding our children and trying not to laugh at them. It was quite the show, and let me just say that Boedy was hamming it up. In fact, I think he was the instigator of silliness several times. The pictures don't show it, in fact it looks like Boedy hasn't learned a thing about "joy" from these pics- they only show the weird frowning he would do right before he did something crazy. My favorite was when he walked in the procession line with a huge frown on his face and then as all the children sat down on their chairs, he stopped dead in his tracks as he realized he was in front of a crowd...then just started doing all these silly gestures and saying random silly words to the crowd. Then, all the children sang a couple songs together. They all stood up and Boedy refused saying " I don't WANT to stand up!" Then, halfway through the song he stands up and does some random silly dance....so of course, all the kids start doing it too. Oh sheesh. I tried to get it all on video, but couldn't get my camera to the right setting quickly enough. Ah, maybe next graduation next year. I'm sure Boedy will be even more silly by then. Yikes. One parent said afterwards to Boedy "We need to get you on stage!" and Boedy says "don't encourage me!" (he heard me say that earlier)

That's HILARIOUS! Darn those video cameras...I can never get mine to work either. That Boedy...he's a cutey that's gonna' make for some mighty funny Primary Programs! :D
LOVE it. he's such a cute kid.
